I chose to specialize in the perimenopausal and menopausal life stages because it’s where I know my skills and knowledge can truly help women thrive again in their lives. It’s also personal, as it’s something I have and continue to navigate myself.
These years don’t have to be an ongoing battle that you have to “grin and bear.”
As I’ve come to discover, while some of the symptoms experienced during perimenopause and menopause may be common among women (fatigue, brain fog, sleep disturbances and more), the reasons why these symptoms manifest is often unique to each woman.
This is where you can expect your journey with me to be individualized to your experience, symptoms, and goals. You’ll be listened to and heard. Your story matters and often holds the key to understanding the path to improved health. We’ll work together to uncover the root causes for hormonal imbalance. From there, we’ll chart a customized course for you.
I aim to create a supportive, safe, and welcoming environment for my clients. My approach is professional, clinical, and detail-oriented, but also intuitive, honest, and flexible. We’ll walk the path together toward optimizing your health together to help you rediscover your healthy essence®.
The Hormonal Health Diet, Lifestyle and Supplement Review
Your 1.5-hour initial review will include a thorough review of your health history, diet, lifestyle, and current supplements as well as your wellness goals. Prior to this session, you’ll be provided with access to my online portal where you’ll complete some pre-session forms that will help me understand your current health situation better. After your initial session, I’ll provide you with a customized plan. We’ll meet again in 2-3 weeks to do a 1-hour follow-up session, make adjustments, and discuss next steps.

I’ll review your current lifestyle, and together we’ll identify opportunities to make shifts to support your goals, including stress management, movement, self-care, and more.
Dietary Review & Recommendations
I’ll provide individualized recommendations for dietary changes, with a focus on a nutrient-rich diet that supports hormone health. Dietary recommendations will be tailored specifically to you.
Herb & Supplement Recommendations
As an herbalist and nutritionist, I’ll offer guidance on supportive herbs and supplements customized to your unique needs. You’ll receive detailed supplement and herb recommendations.

Step 2: Choose Your Meeting Format
We can meet by video conference or phone. It’s your choice.

Step 3: Submit Your Payment
I require 60% prior to your initial session and the balance is due upon completion of your follow-up session.

Step 4: Prepare for Your Session
I’ll send you a link and login to my practice portal where you will complete your pre-session forms. You’ll also be able to upload any documents that would be helpful to share with me such as lab reports.

Step 5: Let’s Meet
You’ll receive an email reminder prior to our first session together with a link to join the session if you’ve chosen a video conference, or directions to my office if you’ve selected an in-person session.

Step 6: Receive Your Customized Plan
Within 24-48 hours after our initial session, I’ll send your customized dietary, lifestyle, herb, and supplement plan. I’ll include actionable steps you can take right away to get started on your journey toward better health.

Step 7: Let’s Follow-Up
After 2-3 weeks, we’ll meet to check in on your plan, progress, answer your questions and plan next steps.
